We respect our customers' privacy.

All personal information that you supply in the course of doing business with us will be handled securely and held confidential at all times.

We will not sell or disclose our customers' information to anyone.

We may, from time to time, contact you via email or post to inform you of special promotions and new products but we will always attach instructions for removing yourself from our mailing list.

Shipping/Packaging

All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days.

We offer a flat fee for shipping and handling for every order of $9.95.

All orders are packaged securely and bubble wrapped and sent by registered post.

All items come with our M.A.C.H. CREATIONS display merchandise and are clearly labelled with the style codes.

For each item ordered you also receive a complimentary silver foil monogrammed black velvet pouch with silver cord.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns on merchandise within 7 days of delivery.

For returns please email us and request a return authorisation number.

In your email please state the order number on your invoice, item number(s), the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or refund.

Send us the merchandise after you have received your return authorisation number.

Please be sure to return the merchandise right away as each return authorisation expires after 7 days.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the merchandise.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

No refunds or reimbursements will be made towards the cost of shipping returned or exchanged merchandise back to us unless it is to exchange damaged merchandise.

For damaged merchandise we will pay for return shipping costs and replacement items at no additional charge.

Any damage or defect claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Trading Terms

If you are a new customer of M.A.C.H. CREATIONS, the first order will be payment on receipt of our Proforma Invoice.

Once payment is received the goods will be shipped immediately.

For subsequent orders and existing customers the payment terms are strictly 30 days from invoice date.
